2 questions about the scenario and project submission

Hi,

I have a question about the scenario, I don't quite understand how the workers can be "confused on what shift they should actually work on."?

And also, can the project be an interactive prototype, or does it have to be programmed?

Okay starting with the first question

Generally workers are verbally notified immediately while they're at work or via the phone if any changes are made to the shifts
(i.e If in week 1 you're working 9-5, but your boss suddenly says you have to work the 5-12 shift the next day).

This could be due to an increased amount of customers arriving at a certain time (hypothetically speaking lets assume that most customers dine at night in one month, Sasha would have to shift more workers to the 5pm-12am shift to meet this demand)

So generally it would actually be pretty easy to forget the shift they're on unless they write it down somewhere.
Which often leads to many workers being confused both due to how sudden the changes in schedule are, and the lack of an electronic schedule that could be easily updated with the changes.

    As for question two

Although it would be ideal for the project to be programmed, an interactive prototype would be completely fine.

I hope that this was able to help
